Terms of Service & Carriage
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering an account on the A.BABA Mobile App or utilizing our receiving warehouse facilities in Yiwu or Guangzhou, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern all cargo consolidation, express air freight, sea cargo, and wholesale sourcing.
2. Warehouse Storage & Free Grace Period
A.BABA provides 30 consecutive days of complimentary warehouse storage for all received parcels under the My China Box™ service. After the 30-day grace period, a standard storage fee of $0.05 per kg/day applies. Parcels unclaimed after 90 days are subject to disposal under international freight carriage regulations.
3. Prohibited & Restricted Commodities
Customers agree never to consign or ship prohibited items under Chinese export laws or Iraqi import regulations, including but not limited to firearms, ammunition, illicit narcotics, counterfeit currency, flammable gases, radioactive items, and hazardous toxic chemicals.
4. Cargo Insurance & Claims
Standard carriage includes transit coverage against total loss. Premium cargo insurance (100% declared commercial value protection) is available and recommended for high-value electronics and luxury goods. Claims must be submitted within 7 business days of delivery in Iraq.
